  1. The employer has to get a Temporary Labor Certification from the Department of Labor. 3. Once the Certification is authorized, the I-129 forms must be filled out to USCIS. 4. The sponsor or an intermediary is responsible for the legal fee and the DS-160. 5. Workers' documents are examined: Birth certificate Government-issued photo ID Passport Proof of address Letter of no criminal record Letter of reference (from your community specifying that you are dedicated to the field) Social Security Number if you have worked before Previous visas if you have 4. If the visa is authorized, the workers can work with the person who sponsors them. 5. Documents are kept during 3 years.
